I was there. I have been attending Mud Bowl since 1981 and used to perform at half times in the mud fully dressed in a suit and tie. My friend Tony and I invented synchronized mud swimming and I was dubbed The Unknown Mud Man, which people still call me even though everyone now knows my actual name. It might interest you to know that this was Mud Bowl's 50TH anniversary. Not many events last that long!
