Underwear

Guys, I have a question. If you swim somewhere where you have to wear swimming trunks, do you wear underwear under them and, if so, what kind? I would wear Calvin Klein white boxer briefs and let the waist band show above the trunks so other guys could see I had to wear something more that a bathing suit. By the way, that is what I wear under my jeans when I can get away with it at a pool and always at the lake.
