Yep, see my post waaaaaaaay down the index, regarding East Midlands leisure centre (Fusion). I always swim in a top, and either leggings or a kaftan :)
The same was true when I lived in London, when I swam at L.A.Fitness (Purley) in various teeshirts, leggings or kaftans in the 2000's.
